We’re hiring for a Store Associate / Cashier as a part-time position for our Jacksonville store location. This position provides outstanding customer service by providing the HoneyBaked experience through our sales and service processes. Assists with food preparation: including lunch, catering, and retail ham/turkey needs. Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Store Associate / Cashier Job Responsibilities

• Follow HoneyBaked sales and service process to assist phone customers, catering customers, in-store lunch customers and in-store retail customers.
• Assists with food preparation; including sandwich & salad prep, making sides, sauces and prepping meal ingredients.
• Services customers, answers product & menu questions, upsells customers with suggestion selling
• Operates register
• Prepares store for opening and closing by adhering to assigned cleaning & prep duties
• Consistently provides excellent customer service in a friendly and polite manner Responds positively to customer requests or comments
• Demonstrates superior product knowledge and effectively articulates product features and benefits

Requirements

• Must be able to clear a background check
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• ServSafe Food Handling Certification *If not certified, will assist in certification process*
• Must be flexible (Store Hours are 9 am to 6 pm)
