What You'll Do in This Role
- Evaluate patient conditions, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to support recovery and independence.
- Educate patients, families, and care teams on follow-through treatment programs to ensure sustained progress.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of patient care and communicate updates to the broader care team.
- Ensure the therapy environment and equipment meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards in every aspect of your work.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient outcomes and organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
