You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team , including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides—all committed to meeting the individual wants, needs, and goals of every patient we serve.
- Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing setting
- Treat both post-acute and long-term care patients
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment that supports optimal outcomes
