• Office hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
• The average patient panel is anticipated to be 18-24 per day, per provider.
• Outpatient only
• Collaborative and dedicated team providing care in one of North Carolina’s most desirable regions.

1. The practice has been providing care for over 10 years.
2. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm and Friday, 8 am-12 pm
3. The average daily patient panel is 18-25, per provider.
4. Infusion lab on-site
