Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but occasionally have 2-week periods. Our schedules run Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all less than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, providing secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may have the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after a 60-day waiting period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
