As a Commercial Painter, you will:

• Prepare, maintain, and clean worksites to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform commercial and industrial painting, coatings, and surface preparation.
• Apply a variety of coatings and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
• Follow company uniform, safety gear, and job site protocols at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on all job sites and with all customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of painting experience required
• commercial/industrial experience preferred .
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  

Compensation

• Full-time position
• Competitive pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
