This is not a role where you'll spend years watching from the sidelines.
You'll work directly with experienced Superintendents, help manage large commercial concrete projects, and gain the hands-on experience needed to run your own projects in the future. Leadership believes in developing people from within, giving you real responsibility—not just paperwork.

Charleston, SC
Project assignments will vary based on workload. You'll support commercial concrete projects throughout the Charlotte and Charleston regions, so flexibility to travel to active job sites is important.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the Superintendent with daily field operations on commercial concrete projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
Monitor project schedules to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Promote and enforce company safety procedures.
Participate in daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers.
Assist with scheduling inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and field personnel.
2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar leadership role with a commercial concrete contractor.
Experience with commercial concrete construction, including slabs, foundations, tilt-up, podium, or structural concrete.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to projects throughout the Charlotte and Charleston markets as business needs dictate.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
