The Summers Agency is growing and looking for Insurance Sales Representatives who care about people and want to make a meaningful impact while building a successful career.
This is a remote, relationship-focused sales role where you’ll work with families who have requested information about protecting their loved ones. We provide warm, qualified leads — no cold calling required.

Responsibilities
Meet virtually with families to understand their needs
Educate clients on life insurance options
Help families complete applications
Work with consistent weekly appointments
Mentor others as you advance into leadership
Compensation & Long-Term Growth
Commission-based compensation
Average earnings per family: $500–$700
First-year income potential: $70,000–$125,000+
Leadership income: $150,000–$300,000+
Residual and passive income opportunities
