The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who is not only technically strong but also entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ready to take on a leadership role. This is more than a job — it’s a pathway to becoming a principal owner within 2–5 years.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Electrical Design : Oversee and deliver electrical design for complex projects (healthcare, institutional, lab, and multifamily).

• Mentor & Develop Talent : Guide junior engineers, foster collaboration across disciplines, and support team growth.

• Client Leadership : Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and repeat business.

• Project Management : Lead projects from concept through construction, managing schedules, budgets, and technical quality.

• Strategic Leadership : Work with firm leadership on long-term strategies, business development, and client engagement.

• Field Involvement : Visit project sites (1–2 days every other month) to ensure successful implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• PE License : Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Experience : 8–10+ years in electrical engineering, with a focus on healthcare, institutional, lab, or complex multifamily projects.

• Leadership Skills : Experience mentoring teams and leading technical efforts; ready to take on firm-wide responsibilities.

• Client Focus : Strong ability to manage client expectations, deliver results, and build trust.

• Collaborative Mindset : Team-oriented approach with experience working across MEP disciplines.
