Key Responsibilities:
Work on high-quality residential & commercial projects
Lead & supervise crews (Foreman role)
Organize and compile material & tool lists
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Perform hands-on work, including drywall, painting, and general construction
Operate and drive a box truck (preferred: ability to pull a trailer)
Use technology (apps & computers) for project tracking and communication
Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Foreman: 5+ years of experience in construction (leadership skills required)
Construction Professionals: Less than 5 years of experience but eager to learn, and willing to work hard!
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Physically capable of performing construction tasks
