Advance Mechanical, Inc. of Greeneville, NC is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer - Installation Technician to support our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials. This position maintains project labor hours within acceptable limits and requests change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs. This position has a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm with on-call rotation and earns competitive pay of $18-$35/hour, plus bonuses We also provide excellent benefits including a company vehicle , a retirement plan with employer match, a 60% employer-paid medical plan , a dental and vision option, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), bereavement leave , tuition reimbursement , employee referral incentives, and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000! QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent working on light commercial/residential HVAC projects
• In-depth knowledge of light commercial/residential HVAC systems
• Able to interpret drawings and plans
• Safety-minded with an understanding of OSHA safety regulations
