**What you will do:**
As our Manager, Market Insights, you will lead market modeling, secondary research and quantitative insights for the Medical Division. You will provide functional expertise in market sizing, market research, and competitive insights to deliver reliable market models as needed to inform ongoing business decisions, as part of an assessment of a new business or market opportunity, and in support of Stryker's annual strategic planning process. You will directly manage, develop and coach a team of analysts, developing and growing functional expertise and talent in Market Insights. Further, you will partner closely with BU Market Insight professional(s) and Marketing teams to drive collaborative market research, complete critical business tasks, and develop a bench of future Market Insights talent.
**_This is a hybrid role, and we define hybrid as the ability to go into the office located in Cary, IL; Redmond, WA; or Portage, MI, at least 3 days per week._**

**What you need:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree is needed for a successful candidate.
+ 8+ years of work experiencerequired
+ 5+ years market researchor upstream marketing experience required
+ 2+ years of people management experience preferred
+ 2+ years demonstratedexperience in market and financial modeling required

+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
+ Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
