What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor at SMR Diesel, you'll be the go-to expert for all of our customers' diesel performance and repair questions and needs. You'll use your extensive knowledge of diesel engines and performance upgrades to recommend the best solutions for each client's unique situation. From performance upgrades and builds to basic repairs on fleet diesels, you'll be the Service Advisor clients trust to keep their vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.

We're seeking a Service Advisor who is passionate about diesel performance and service and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel mechanics and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are a must for this role.
