Role Focus

• Leadership: Direct and mentor millwrights and maintenance technicians on installs, repairs, and upgrades
• Troubleshooting: Pinpoint issues methodically and deliver long-term fixes
• Technical Execution: Read blueprints/schematics; install, align, dismantle, and rebuild machinery
• Welding & Fabrication: Execute and oversee MIG, TIG, and stick welding with high quality
• Systems Expertise: Work across conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings
• Safety & CI: Uphold safety standards and champion continuous improvement

What You’ve Mastered

• Hands-on millwright skills with proven mechanical aptitude
• Foreman or team-lead experience—or the capability to step into it
• Blueprint literacy and technical drawing interpretation
• Reliable, evidence-based diagnostics
• Fabrication know-how and welding versatility
• Self-starter mentality with pride in workmanship and growth mindset
