Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with healthcare experience to support a busy OBGYN clinic. The ideal candidate will have Epic clerical experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage front office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out
- Collect patient payments
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous medical front desk experience
- Epic clerical experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude, punctual, and team player
