Machine Operator

We are seeking dedicated and punctual production operators with some manufacturing experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our manufacturing environment, focusing on machinery monitoring and quality assurance.

• Monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation and promptly alert maintenance in case of breakdowns.
• Perform quality checks on products to identify defects or blemishes requiring rework.
• Label products as acceptable or needing rework.
• Pack products as per the defined standards.

• Experience in production and general manufacturing operations.
• Ability to inspect and monitor machinery effectively.
• Skill in identifying and addressing product defects.

• Experience in quality inspection is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
