Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Project Manager to lead complex programs supporting front office capital markets initiatives. This role requires direct interaction with traders, making strong knowledge of bonds, interest rates, and trading concepts essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and programs in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and close-out.
• Present program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Ensure governance, transparency, and on-time delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Front office capital markets experience (required).
• Strong understanding of bonds, interest rates, and trading workflows.
• Experience working directly with front office traders.
• Proven delivery of end-to-end programs or large project portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills in matrixed environments.
• Experience in Agile delivery using tools like Jira and Jira Plans.
• Excellent planning, reporting, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance preferred).

Interview Process:

• Round 1: Virtual interview.
• Round 2: In-person panel interview (Charlotte).

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
