We are seeking a Metal Cutter/Fabricator to join our team! Your responsibilities will include making accurate cuts and designs for HVAC distribution and return boxes, plenums and other miscellaneous metal needed for residential installation . You will also be responsible for basic maintenance of equipment, maintaining a clean, organized workspace at all times, and work closely with the whole team to meet project goals and stay within a timeline. Responsibilities
- Set up the appropriate equipment needed for the final product
- Work closely with the entire workshop team to ensure deadlines are being met
- Monitor equipment, make adjustments as needed, and perform all general maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely
- Maintain records of all materials used, and anything remaining
- Experience in a shop environment desired
- Experience with cutting metals and heavy materials desired
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment
