CoCreations Construction & Design is a high-end residential construction firm specializing in custom homes and large-scale remodels. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the design field while supporting the behind-the-scenes work that brings projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with material and finish selections.
• Organize and maintain project selections, samples, and documentation.
• Help prepare spec sheets and design presentation packages.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding samples, pricing, measurements, and lead times.
• Attend select client meetings to assist with follow-ups.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams.
• Learn and utilize design software (including 20/20 Design – training provided).

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in interior design and residential construction.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Solid math skills and spatial awareness.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Experience with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based.
• Occasional site visits and client meetings required.
