Digital Asset/Crypto Product Manager Lead (Charlotte)

As a Digital Asset/Crypto Product Manager within PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations will be considered. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. As a digital asset/crypto product expert you will bring domain knowledge to help set strategy for crypto initiatives in AMG. In this role, you will: Partner with key stakeholders to develop/evolve the roadmap for the crypto custody offeringCoordinate cross-LOB crypto initiatives to identify opportunities to share infrastructure, enable multi-LOB usage, and enable other digital asset capabilities
Lead agile crew(s) performing development work on crypto solutions
Translate business requirements and business strategy into actionable agile stories
Prioritize crypto development work backlog
Coordinate with project managers, technology team, and controls partners for Change Governance
Act as resource for client-facing team to address product questions, provide training and communications
Partner with Marketing, Training, Communications to develop client and internal support materials, training, etc.
Manage the pricing/fee structure for crypto currency offering
Conduct competitive analysis and recommends enhancements to the platform
Partner with Operations, Technology, Digital, and Product Owner to influence end-to-end processes supporting
Coordinate with 2LOD partners to develop/maintain account agreements and disclosures
Own product controls related to crypto products Preferred experience/skills include: Experience supporting product development and product launches, and navigating regulatory and compliance issues
Experience with blockchain or crypto-related legal and regulatory matters
Experience leading an agile crew/team
Strong familiarity with financial institution partnerships
Proven ability to advise cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Background in fintech, crypto, or other emerging financial technologies PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end business and financial results for multi-faceted, complex products through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
- Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritizes and makes decisions regarding recommendations. Champions business cases, business plan and roll-out of specific products, product groups or experiences.
- Monitors the marketplace to assess product, technology, and markets trends to identify a market need or opportunity. Recommend innovative new products, new experiences or enhancements to existing products and develops and designs the features of a designated new or existing products Manages the end-to-end development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, product groups or experiences and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise .
- Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates and/or leads activities with external stakeholders and clients to ensure all product offerings meet their strategic goals. Develops product-specific marketing initiatives. Supports risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
- Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results. Coordinates across groups and leads key contributors.
