  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across internal channels, including intranet, email, presentations, leadership messaging, and employee stories.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of internal communications channels and platforms, including editorial planning, content governance, channel optimization, and basic site maintenance.
  • Manage and coach internal communications team support while partnering cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, employee groups, and project teams to deliver audience-specific messaging.
  • Measure communication effectiveness, maintain communications infrastructure and best practices, and support internal meetings, events, and ongoing process improvements.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in internal communications, employee communications, executive communications, or a related communications discipline in a large, complex organization
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, channels, and business contexts
  • Experience developing communications strategies and implementing integrated plans across multiple platforms
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders and providing communications counsel in fast-moving, high-visibility situations
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, including support for organizational change or transformation communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communications platforms such as SharePoint, along with experience in communications analytics, channel optimization, and visual presentation development
