Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and drive revenue
growth through strategic partnerships, advertising sales, and article sponsorships. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a particular emphasis on digital
media or industry-specific publications.

Key Responsibilities:
● Prospect & Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including
car wash operators, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.
● Sales Development: Develop and pitch tailored advertising solutions, including article
sponsorships, banner ads, and featured content packages.
● Client Management: Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract signing,
ensuring a positive experience and successful campaign delivery.
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies and
capitalize on new opportunities.
● Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through
strategic planning and effective client engagement.
Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of cold calling sales experience
● Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital media, advertising, or industry-specific
publications.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Experience with CRM software for managing sales pipelines.
● Self-starter with a passion for the car wash industry and the ability to work
independently.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Compensation:
Compensation for this position starts at $40k+/year, plus commission.
