Accounting Manager POST NUMBER: 480693
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash management.
- Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and operational reporting activities.
- Assist with revenue recognition, contract review, and related accounting considerations.
- Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Develop, document, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support capital expenditure tracking.
- Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA is a plus
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with both the execution of day-to-day accounting activities and the development of scalable processes and controls.
