We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician with working knowledge of painting, dry wall repair, and grout repair. The ideal candidate will be helpful, organized and able to respond to maintenance suggestions and concerns with superior guest service skills.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Must have 1-year maintenance experience or the equivalent competency
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and hotel staff.
• Must be CPO certified
• Must be skilled in basic maintenance such as hvac, plumbing, painting, and landscaping.
• Must be able to recognize potential safety hazards and security problems in the hotel and act upon immediately.
