Tower 7 is looking for an energetic, service-oriented Bartender to join our team! We’re known for our laid-back coastal vibe, scratch-made Baja-inspired food, and handcrafted cocktails. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and can sling margaritas with a smile, we want to meet you!
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine
A team player who takes pride in great service
What You’ll Do:
Craft high-quality drinks with consistency and care
Interact with guests in a fun and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all safety guidelines
Support the front-of-house team as needed
