As the Accounting Assistant, you are professional and positive with excellent attention to detail. You have great time management, previous office experience, and you are good with numbers. Proficiency with Excel is required and experience with Sage accounting software is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

As the Accounting Assistant, you will provide data-entry support to the Accounting Department. You will be responsible for entering the critical information necessary for accurate accounting. Additionally, the Accounting Assistant will assist with invoicing, processing credit card transactions, and making deposits.
