Finance Analyst - Winston-Salem
We're Hiring: Finance Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team in Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting to support our business decisions and drive financial performance.

What You'll Do:
Credit Risk Management (50%)
- Review financial statements to assess risk
- Analyze macroeconomic trends for potential portfolio risks
- Update customer/supplier credit files
- Assist with new customer credit applications
- Learn bankruptcy basics and their impact on risk strategies
- Partner with the Credit Risk Team on ad hoc analysis
Special Projects & Analytics (35%)
- Help optimize processes and credit data systems
- Contribute to projects improving the credit risk function
- Stay informed on trade credit and financial publications
Professional Growth (15%)
- Own small projects and propose solutions
- Network with PepsiCo professionals and the wider credit community
- Participate in training to expand skills
What We're Looking For:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least sophomore standing by summer 2026
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Full-time availability for the program
