Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Charlotte, NC (28204) – North Carolina healthcare jobs
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 2, 2025
• End Date: December 2, 2025
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30), Monday through Friday
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250-$2310
• Call Requirement: One day per week and one weekend per 4-week schedule (with callback as needed)
• Scrubs: Provided
• Charting System: EPIC, MAC Lab

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or Compact State (must be in hand by start date)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience scrubbing for all cardiac catheterization lab procedures, including interventional and diagnostic cases
• Proficiency in Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines, Telemetry, Structural Heart & TAVR procedures
• Experience with Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start
• First-time travel nurses welcome
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist with all Cath Lab procedures, including complex cardiac interventions
• Monitor patients and equipment throughout procedures to ensure patient safety
• Participate in call rotation (weekday and weekend) as part of the clinical support team
• Float to Electrophysiology (EP) or patient holding areas within the Cath Lab as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC and MAC Lab systems
• Adhere to all hospital safety and infection control protocols
