Sales Support Representative

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Reports To: President.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support customer relationships, help drive sales opportunities, and provide account services for clients in the nuclear and industrial sectors. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and gain exposure to industry-leading products and processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
• Conduct outreach to promote new and existing products and services.
• Coordinate with team members to identify opportunities and support sales goals.
• Assist with account management, order processing, and customer service.
• Generate reports on sales activity and market trends.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-3 years of experience (recent grads welcome).
• High School Diploma required, bachelor’s preferred.
• High energy, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Self-driven with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to learn and implement ASTM, AISI, NQA-1, and 10 CFR Appendix B requirements per customer guidelines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM software, Lean methods, or experience in the nuclear industry.
