Family Medicine Physician
The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. (CHCB) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their diverse and well-established health center. The position offers a generous benefits package, paid time off, CME reimbursement, $75k medical student loan repayment eligibility through the National Health Service Corps, malpractice insurance, and more.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate physical and psycho-social health status via medical history and physical examination.
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions within the family medicine specialty.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, consultations, and recommend therapeutic measures.
- Provide education and preventive healthcare.
- Offer clinical direction to healthcare team members.
- Adhere to clinical policies, infection control principles, and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
- Direct and evaluate medical students.**Qualifications:**
- Medical license registration certificate for the state of New York.
- DEA license registration certificate for the state of New York.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.**Preferred Qualifications:**
- American Board Certification.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
- CFP Authorization Number under NYS Worker’s Compensation.
- Hospital Privileges.
- Professional Membership Affiliations.**Physical Demands:**
This role requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Evening work along with some Saturdays may be required.**Salary Range:**
$190,000 - $200,000.
