McCraw Logistics, FedEx Ground Contractor , is URGENTLY HIRING full time delivery drivers.

Drivers will be operating out of the Durham, NC terminal, located at 4357 S Alston Ave, Durham, NC 27713, and will be making deliveries in the surrounding areas in step vans, (box trucks & cutaways) and sprinter vans provided by the employer.

No CDL required! FedEx/Amazon/UPS/DHL experience is a plus!

Pay:

$150-180/day based on experience and stop count
+ PLUS THRESHOLD BONUSES (this will be discussed at interview)

Work Schedule:

Mon-Sat, & Sun During Peak Season

Work Hours- Full time is 6 days per week,

which will include Saturday from 8:00 am to completion (completion is usually around 5pm).

**Saturday & Sunday IS REQUIRED during Peak Season but you will be offered 1 day off Mon-Friday

Delivery Driver Requirements:

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record

- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older

- 1 year of job-related driving experience preferred ...*but not required*
Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc
If you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies, that is a plus.

- Background check required

- Must complete a DOT physical and Drug Screen (FedEx pays for this)

- Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly)
This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck repeatedly and deliver 80-250 stops per day

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

-Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages

-Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections

-Loading and Unloading packages from the truck

-Delivering packages to the correct destination

-Accurately scanning and logging packages with scanner integrity
