**Bilingual Route Sales Representative
**- Route Management: Plan, organize, and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate product drops.
Sales & Up-selling: Identify customer needs and proactively upsell/cross-sell products on your route to meet or exceed sales targets.
Bilingual Communication: Conduct all sales presentations, negotiations, and customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a dedicated book of business.
Inventory & Orders: Monitor stock levels on the route, process orders accurately, and handle basic payment collections.
New Business Development: Prospect for new accounts along your route to continuously expand the company's market reach.
Language Fluency: Professional bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
Experience: Previous experience in route sales, field sales, or direct-to-consumer (D2C/B2B) sales.
