• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant license in the state of North Carolina.
• Strong knowledge of triage procedures and medical documentation practices.
• Experience with medication administration protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing.
