Commercial Roofing Service Foreman
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Foreman to lead our roofing service crews in Charleston, South Carolina. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure commercial roofing repairs and maintenance projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Crew: Supervise and support service teams on-site, fostering teamwork, accountability, and safety.

• Plan and Execute Projects: Coordinate daily work schedules and service calls to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.

• Ensure Quality Work: Inspect completed repairs and maintenance jobs to confirm all work meets company and industry standards.

• Champion Safety: Promote and enforce OSHA compliance, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all PPE is properly used.

• Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing clear communication and professional problem-solving.

• Manage Resources: Oversee materials, tools, and equipment to maintain efficiency and cost control.

• Document Everything: Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and site conditions.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience as a Foreman in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance .

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Deep knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.

• Commitment to job site safety and OSHA compliance.

Preferred (but not required)

• Familiarity with roofing software (e.g., DataForma )

• OSHA 10/30 , Aerial Lift , Forklift , First Aid/CPR/AED certifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
