Your Role as an Installation Technician

In this role, you’ll be the hands and heart behind our life-enhancing mobility solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, ensuring they are equipped with the tools they need to live more freely.

What you’ll do:

• Install mobility equipment, such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps and vertical platform lifts, with precision and care.
• Train customers on the safe use and maintenance of their new equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory and rental equipment.
• Light computer-based tasks related to the installation.

Skills & Qualities We Are Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with an interest in working with tools

• Willingness to learn new technical skills through hands-on training

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think through challenges

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently once trained

• Positive attitude and desire to grow in a technical career

• Professional, respectful, and comfortable working in customers’ homes

• Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining basic equipment operation

• Open to occasional overtime when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks.
