Senior Diesel Technician - Fleet Maintenance
Experienced Diesel Technician
Pay: $35–$50/hour (based on experience & certifications)
Schedule: 3-day weekends every other week
We are hiring Experienced Diesel Technicians to join a stable, growing fleet maintenance team. This role is ideal for technicians with 9+ years of experience who want top pay, consistent work, and real work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial fleet vehicles
Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks
Engine and engine accessory repairs
Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting on late-model trucks
Test drive vehicles to identify performance issues
Inspect and repair brakes, steering, transmissions, and suspension systems
Use hydraulic jacks and hoists to lift vehicles and heavy components
Follow inspection checklists and safety procedures
Qualifications
9+ years of diesel technician experience or equivalent technical schooling
ASE Certifications (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Class B CDL (preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Customer-service oriented mindset
