Your Role & Impact:
Master of Trades (Maintenance & Repairs)
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
- Diagnose issues quickly and complete work orders accurately according to InterMark standards.
- Participate in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
The "Market Ready" Specialist (Turnover)
- Lead the move-out inspection process and assess maintenance needs for vacated units.
- Ensure every apartment meets our "Market Ready" quality standards (repairs, painting, and cleaning) before a new resident moves in.
Asset Protector (Inspections & Safety)
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and equipment to identify hazards.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to keep the property running at peak performance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
Strategic Coordinator (Admin & Vendors)
- Digital Accuracy: Document all work orders and inspections in our property management system.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an organized shop and track tools and supplies so we never run short.
- Vendor Management: Assist in coordinating and monitoring outside contractors to ensure high-quality results.
Community Ambassador (Resident Relations)
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, responding to resident requests with professionalism and a smile.
- Support community-sponsored activities to help make our residents feel at home.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A "can-do" attitude and a desire to advance into leadership.
- Familiarity with property policy manuals and risk management safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and basic tools.
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
