About the Role
We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support and develop team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching a team, and leads by example.
Our managers are expected to balance operational excellence with strong people leadership while helping maintain the positive, energetic atmosphere Green Brothers is known for.
ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and support a team of employees and team leads
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules based on business needs
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and maintain strong morale during busy shifts
- Communicate effectively with leadership and staff regarding store operations and priorities
- Participate in monthly and quarterly leadership meetings focused on company growth, operational improvements, team development, and leadership training
Operations & Inventory
- Manage store inventory levels and organization
- Complete monthly inventory counts accurately and on time
- Track waste and maintain product quality standards
- Place and manage product/vendor orders as needed
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, stocked, and health-code compliant at all times
- Help identify operational improvements and maintain efficiency during peak hours
Guest Experience & Floor Support
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
- Step into operational roles as needed including:
- Making smoothies and bowls
- Food prep and kitchen support
- Register and guest interactions
- Support the team during rushes and high-volume periods
- Ensure consistency in product quality, speed, and hospitality

The Details
- Full-Time
- Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience + tips + performance-based bonus opportunities
