Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – PreK & Grades 4–12

Location: Thomasville, NC
School Year: 2026–2027

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCCs) for full-time, school-based contract positions in Thomasville, North Carolina.

These opportunities provide the chance to work with students across PreK and Grades 4–12(caseload of approximately 35–40 students ) while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational setting. Candidates must be comfortable managing school-based caseloads, participating in IEP processes, and utilizing district documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete comprehensive assessment reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Manage and support caseloads across assigned school sites and grade levels
• Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Provide consultative services and classroom-based support as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs
• Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal special education guidelines

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NCDPI Speech-Language Pathologist License required
• ECATS experience required
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• SLP-CCC required
• No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs at this time
• Must be able to work on-site only
