We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Low-Voltage Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in a hands-on technical career with growth opportunities in the low-voltage field. You will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems, including access control, CCTV, nurse call, and wander management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling, running, and terminating low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coax, fiber, etc.)

• Support installation and setup of security systems, cameras, access control, nurse call, and audio/video equipment

• Label, test, and document installed systems and cabling

• Help troubleshoot system issues under the guidance of a lead technician

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow safety protocols, project timelines, and company standards

• Provide excellent customer service on job sites

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Interest in or exposure to electronics, IT, construction, or related trades preferred

• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in varying job site conditions

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred but Not Required

• Trade school, technical certification, or related coursework

• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification

• Any prior experience with low-voltage systems
