Technology Strategic Remediation Consultant
Support functional area(s) of Governance and Operations for Strategic Remediation function. Contribute to functional goals, responsibilities, structure, and deliverables within the context of the larger Strategic Remediation program plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support one or more of the following Truist Technology Strategic Remediation Governance and Operations functions:
a. Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting on the group’s control testing program
b. Program management including execution of the Strategic Remediation program, development of a capability framework, program charter, governing documents, maturity and execution roadmap
b. Project management structure including status reporting, portfolio management, status reporting, communication, education, and engagement routines.
c. Support deliverables for regulatory exams, responses, and routines on behalf of program
d. Ownership and accountability for remediation of ET-wide macro concerns not owned by a technology vertical – i.e., Finance and Resource Management.
2. Determine and meet delivery goals and timelines within context of larger Strategic Program plan.
3. Work in tight alignment with the Strategic Remediation Leadership and Advisors, ET leadership and Business Management Offices.
4. Contribute to processes to prioritize strategic remediation initiatives across areas adjacent to function, socialize and educate key partners, create/enhance tracking, reporting, metrics, escalation paths, interrogation of existing or needed policies and procedures, leading project-level reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Understanding of enterprise financial services technology organizations, structure, technology and associated risk landscapes.
2. Experience managing programs or projects.
3. Regulatory and risk management experience in a large financial services technology organization.
4. Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience with expertise.
5. 5+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment.
6. Demonstrated experience supporting large programs or projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience planning, executing and/or reporting on control testing programs.
2. Experience gathering/documenting evidence.
3. Experience with data set analysis and comfort with reporting.
4. Familiarity with operational/technology control environments.
5. Ability to build relationships and influence across business lines.
6. Ability to concisely synthesize information for senior leaders.
7. Truist Enterprise Technology risk management experience
8. Experience directly with the Truist Technology Strategic Remediation portfolio, overall program effort, workstreams, cadences.
9. Established relationships with key functions and partners within Truist. Understanding of existing organizational structures and navigation.
