Please contact: [email protected] for further details! Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of accounting information, developing and implementing best practices, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with GAAP Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing Assist in the execution of internal and external audits Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax filings Manage and reconcile fixed asset schedules Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Support budgeting and forecasting processes Manage the P-Cards and ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with the controller on special projects and all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of accounting experience, public accounting or health care experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software, prior experience with NetSuite preferred Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Full-time Benefits include: Medical, Dental and Vision Life Insurance for Employees and Dependents Voluntary Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance Generous PTO Program for Full Time Employees 401(k) Retirement Plan And a great work environment with a fantastic team already in place and looking to add one more!
