Part-Time Warehouse Associate

CSM Flooring, a growing family-owned business serving the Triad since 1977, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse logistics and management while helping us serve our customers every day.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our Warehouse Manager to support the entire logistics operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, processing, and organizing incoming flooring materials and stock.

• Maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse.

• Assisting with local deliveries and material pick-ups.

• Managing inventory and keeping accurate records.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and eager to learn the trade of logistics. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to providing trusted service and inspired design for our customers.

We'll love that you:

• Are a self-driven individual with strong physical stamina and attention to detail.

• Are organized and have solid time-management skills.

• Are proficient with technology, including Google Docs and Sheets, to help with coordination.

• Have experience with inventory management software (preferred).

• Take initiative and are excited to learn and grow.

• Have some Spanish-speaking ability (a definite plus!).

• Possess a valid driver's license and a forklift certification (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $16 - $18 per hour , with opportunities for advancement.

• Eligibility for our 401(k) plan with company match after one year of employment.

• On-the-job training and mentorship in warehouse logistics.

Schedule:

• Part-time hours will be determined based on business needs, but will be within our operating hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• This is an in-person position located in Greensboro, NC.
