Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) will deliver integrated behavioral health services in aschool-based setting in Mitchell County, NC, supporting students and families through evidence-based practices. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who values collaboration, cultural competency, and making a tangible impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses using clinical tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with students and families.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency services in collaboration with schools.
• Offer consultation to families, schools, and community agencies.
• Document visits and maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Participate in care team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in social work or counseling with a current North Carolina LCSW or LPC license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with EHR systems and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Sign On Bonus!

We are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000. This bonus will be distributed in two equal installments: the first after 90 days of continuous employment and the second after 180 days.
