MIG/TIG Welder

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and maintain tools in optimal working condition.
- Conduct quality inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in training new welders and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Certification in welding from an accredited program is preferred.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks for extended periods.
