About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Kitchen Supervisor/Lead Kitchen Personnel to join our culinary team. This is a vital role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being on the line, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product freshness, taste, and food safety, while also taking a leadership role in kitchen operations.

Job Duties:
- Lead by example, working hands-on on the cooking line to prepare and deliver products of the highest quality in terms of freshness and taste, ensuring adherence to all food safety guidelines.
- Manage food costs effectively through diligent ordering, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies.
- Oversee and actively participate in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and maintain accurate records to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize spoilage.
- Implement and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas.
- Provide superior guest service, ensuring all tables and food areas are kept clean and the dining area is well-maintained while guests are enjoying their meals.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and company standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Handle and resolve any kitchen-related issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable, with a strong background in kitchen operations.
- Demonstrable experience in food cost management, ordering, and inventory control.
- MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight is necessary.
- Knowledge of the use of commercial kitchen equipment/Turbo Chef.
- Ability to handle comments and suggestions professionally.
- Micros knowledge is highly desired.
- ServSafe certified a plus.
