The Role
Werelooking for a FleetDevelopmentManager who can help us scale intelligently,someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where results matter more than processes.
This is not a traditional corporate fleet planningposition,itsadeal -driven, relationship-first growth roleresponsible forsourcing, closing, and onboardingaircraftinto our floating charter fleet.
Youllpartner directly with ownership and leadership toidentifyopportunities, pitchaircraftowners, structure management agreements, and bringaircraftonlinequickly and profitably.
You should beconfidentbuildingpipeline, running numbers, negotiating terms, and solving onboarding challenges in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Aircraft Sourcing & Pipeline:Develop and manage relationships withaircraftowners, brokers, and referral partners to build a strong acquisition pipeline targetingaircrafttypes aligned with charter demand.
- Owner Acquisition:Create and present compelling charter revenue projections, negotiate management agreements and lease structures, and close deals to bring newaircraftinto the fleet.
- Fractional Sales & Program Development:Lead the development and growth of fractional ownership and share-based access programs, including defining share structures, pricing models, andutilizationframeworks.
- Fleet Evaluation & Financial Modeling:Analyzeaircraftperformance based on demand, yield, and operational cost data; buildaccuratepro formas; and recommendaircrafttypes and markets thatoptimizeprofitability andutilization.
- Onboarding Coordination:Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Sales teams to bringaircraftonline efficiently, ensuring conformity, regulatory compliance, and minimal time-to-revenue.
- Performance Management:Track the performance of newly addedaircraft,identifyunderperforming assets, and implement strategic improvements to ensure transparency, owner satisfaction, and long-term value.
Qualifications
- 3to7 years of experience inbusiness aviation, preferably within Part 135 operations,aircraftmanagement, charter sales, brokerage, or fleet planning.
- Strong understanding offloating fleet operations and economics, includingutilizationmodels and revenue optimization.
- Proven experience in fractional sales, witha track recordof closing high-value ownership sharedeals.
- Proven ability tonegotiate and build trustwith high-net- worthaircraftowners andpartners.
- Financial acumenwith the ability to model, present, and defend revenue projections and deal structures.
