HR Generalist
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across multiple locations
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all new hire documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain employee records and data integrity within HR systems
- Support employee transitions, including role changes and offboarding
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions
- Coordinate with brokers and vendors to help resolve benefits-related issues
- Ensure accurate employee data to support payroll processing
- Assist with maintaining HR policies and procedures across multiple states
- Support compliance with federal and state labor requirements
- Track and maintain required HR documentation
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR questions
- Partner with managers to support a consistent employee experience
- Escalate complex employee relations matters as needed
- Run standard HR reports and maintain internal trackers
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
- Support audits and internal reviews

- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Operations role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience supporting onboarding and benefits administration
- Comfortable working in a multi-location or multi-state environment
- HRIS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
