Position: Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

• Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy practice.

• Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive professional growth.

• Utilize data and metrics to track performance and improve service delivery.

• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy.

• Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients and team members.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.

• Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.

• Proficiency in using data to track performance and improve service delivery.

• Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.

• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards in therapy practice.

• Experience in community outreach and promoting therapy services.
