Required Competencies

• At least 1 year of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry as a General Manager, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment
• 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions
• 1 year of scheduling experience
• 1 year of inventory and truck ordering experience
• 1 year of cash handling experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics
• A leader and role model for the employees
• Top - notch customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• A passion to drive numbers
• Proven experience building winning teams
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• High school Diploma/Equivalency
• Valid Driver's License
• Must submit to a background check
